

CREDITOR'S RIGHTS
Are you a bank, credit union or private lender? Has your borrower defaulted in payment
pursuant to a promissory note or deed of trust? Has your borrower filed for protection under
the bankruptcy laws?
For the last twenty years, I have represented creditors (including banks, credit unions, and
private lenders) in collection actions, bankruptcy court, loan workouts, foreclosures (both
judicial and nonjudicial), receivership and enforcement of judgments under California's
enforcement of judgment laws. I provide the following services to creditors:
Collection actions.
Writ of Attachment proceedings.
Enforcement of judgments under California's enforcement of judgments laws including
but not limited to judicial liens, bank levies, levy on real property, judgment debtor
examinations, wage garnishment, and levy on third parties.
Non-judicial foreclosures of real property pursuant to deeds of trust.
Judicial foreclosures and appointment of receivers.
Representation of creditors in bankruptcy court including but not limited to proof of
claim proceedings, motions for relief from the automatic stay, objections to Chapter 13
Plans, objections to Chapter 11 Plans Of Reorganization, and adversary proceedings to
determine nondischargeability.
I am available to handle these and other collection matters throughout the State Of California
including but not limited to the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino,
Santa Barbara and Ventura.
