CONSTRUCTION LAW

I have represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, and developers in all areas
of construction transactions and litigation including, but not limited to, construction
defect litigation, enforcement of the California Contractors License Law, collection,
mechanic's liens, stop notices on both public and private works, construction
agreements, and contract negotiation.  I have represented Surety Company Of The
Pacific, Travelers Casualty And Surety Company Of America, Farmington Casualty
Company and American Contractors Indemnity Company on construction matters.  I
have been Cumis counsel to insurance companies such as Shand Morahan Co. and
Evanston Insurance Company on construction matters.
